We only offer refunds for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If an item is damaged due to customer misuse, no refund will be issued.

To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Us
 page within 7 days of receiving the product. Include the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect or damage

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is insufficient evidence of a defect or damage.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our business model, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or color ordered
  • Delayed shipping
  • Buyer remorse

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it.

 

Shipping & Address Accuracy

Chloe's crochet is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer input error.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change the address, cancel the order, or make any adjustments.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been submitted, it is immediately processed by our fulfillment partner and cannot be canceled or modified. This includes changes to shipping details, product variations, or quantities.
