Chloe's crochet – Shipping Policy

At Chloe's crochet, we’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or encounter unforeseen delays, processing may take a little longer. Should this happen, we’ll notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days after order processing.

    • Expedited Shipping (if available): 6–10 business days after order processing.

  • Please keep in mind that delivery times start from the shipping date, not the order date. Factors such as customs, postal service delays, or weather conditions may affect delivery timeframes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

  • We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping!

  • However, please note that Chloe's crochet is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply.

  • All charges imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

  • Chloe's crochet cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take great care when packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at emberandhide@gmail.com.

  • Please provide your order number and photos of the damage.

  • For lost shipments, reach out to us if your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email.

  • We’ll review each case individually and work towards the best possible solution.
